Boxes. A. Electrical boxes and fittings shall be provided as required for a complete installation, including, but not limited to, outlet boxes, junction boxes, pull boxes, bushings and locknuts. Installation, sizing and construction of boxes and fittings shall conform to Article 370 of the National Electrical Code. All boxes and fittings shall be galvanized steel or corrosion-resistant cast iron. B. Boxes and conduit bodies shall be located to insure accessibility of electrical wiring. Boxes for control switches shall be mounted 48 inches above the floor. All boxes shall be secured rigidly to the substrate upon which they are being mounted. Weatherproof outlets shall be provided for locations exposed to weather or moisture. Knockout closures shall be provided to cap unused knockout holes where blanks have been removed.

Boxes. Seller hereby sells, assigns, conveys and transfers to Buyer all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the following described Boxes: The Multiple Tier Junction Box represented by United States Patent #5,142,102 filed on August 25, 1992. The Boxes shall include, but not limited to: (i) The Boxes in all versions and all forms of expression thereof, including but not limited to the Boxes diagrams, documentation, previous versions, notes, other information relating to the Boxes; and all copyrights, trade secrets, patentable inventions, proprietary rights and intellectual property contained therein or connected therewith, including without limitation Seller's copyright in the Boxes; (ii) All existing copies of the Boxes in Seller's possession or control; and (iii) All of Seller's interest in the license(s) of the Boxes including original copies of all outstanding license agents granted to the following, if any: None.

  • Mailboxes Each department or unit shall make available a convenient receptacle at a designated location for Employees to receive College business correspondence.

  • Checking The Contractor shall check all drawings and owner supplied specifications furnished him immediately, for individual Job Orders, upon their receipt and shall promptly notify the County of any discrepancies. Figures marked on drawings shall in general be followed in preference to scale measurements. Large-scale drawings shall in general govern small-scale drawings. Door, finish hardware; etc., schedules shall govern over drawings. The Contractor shall compare all drawings and verify the figures before laying out the Work and will be responsible for any errors, which might have been avoided thereby. When measurements are affected by conditions already established, the Contractor shall take measurements notwithstanding the giving of scale or figure dimensions in the drawings. Anything mentioned in the specifications and not shown on the drawings, or shown on the drawings and not mentioned in the specifications, shall be of like effect as if shown or mentioned in both.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Lockboxes A lockbox may be used in connection with the marketing of Property. There have been isolated instances of reported burglaries of homes on which lockboxes have been placed and for which the lockbox has been alleged to have been used to access the home. In order to minimize the risk of misuse of the lockbox, Broker recommends against the use of lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the home from which the lockbox can be easily removed. Since others will have access to Property, Seller agrees to either remove all valuables, prescription drugs and/or keys, or put them in a secure place.

  • Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.

  • Safe Deposit Boxes Prior to the Closing, Seller shall notify all guests or customers who are then using a safe deposit box at the Hotel advising them of the pending change in management of the Hotel and requesting them to conduct an inventory and verify the contents of such safe deposit box. All inventories by such guests or customers shall be conducted under the joint supervision of employees, agents or representatives of the Parties. Upon such inventory and verification, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser all keys, receipts and agreements for such safe deposit box (and thereafter such safe deposit box shall be deemed an “Inventoried Safe Deposit Box”). If this Agreement is terminated after such inventory, Purchaser shall return all keys, receipts and agreements to Seller for such Inventoried Safe Deposit Boxes immediately upon such termination. Upon Closing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser all keys in Seller’s Possession for all safe deposit boxes not then in use, and a list of all safe deposit boxes which are then in use, but not yet inventoried by the depositor, with the name and room number of such depositor. After the Closing, the Parties shall make appropriate arrangements for guests and customers at the Hotel to inventory and verify the contents of the non Inventoried Safe Deposit Boxes, and upon such inventory and verification, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser all keys, receipt and agreements for such safe deposit box (and such safe deposit box thereafter shall constitute an Inventoried Safe Deposit Box). Purchaser shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller Indemnitees in accordance with ARTICLE XV from and against any Indemnification Loss incurred by any Seller Indemnitees with respect to, any theft, loss or damage to the contents of any safe deposit box from and after the time such safe deposit box is deemed an Inventoried Safe Deposit Box pursuant to this Section 12.1. Seller shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Purchaser Indemnitees in accordance with ARTICLE XV from and against any Indemnification Loss incurred by any Purchaser Indemnitees with respect to, any theft, loss or damage to the contents of any safe deposit box prior to the time such safe deposit box is deemed an Inventoried Safe Deposit Box.

  • Locks 1) The landlord must not change locks or other means of access to residential property unless the landlord provides each tenant with new keys or other means of access to the residential property. 2) The landlord must not change locks or other means of access to a rental unit unless the tenant agrees and is given new keys. 3) The tenant must not change locks or other means of access to a) common areas of residential property, unless the landlord consents to the change, or b) his or her rental unit, unless the landlord consents in writing to, or an arbitrator has ordered, the change.

  • Locations Each invoice shall show the location, with the street name and AAR/DOT crossing inventory number.
