Powers and Duties of the Chairman. The Trustees may, but need not, appoint from among their number a Chairman. When present the Chairman shall preside at the meetings of the Shareholders and of the Trustees. The Chairman may call meetings of the Trustees and of any committee thereof whenever he deems it necessary. The Chairman shall have, with the President, general supervision over the business and policies of the Trust, subject to the limitations imposed upon the President, as provided in Section 6.5.
