Pre-Event Planning. In order to have a successful event, the following checklist provides guidance for setting up the tee sheet, scorecards and Golf Genius. Tee Sheet ❒ Maximum handicap index is 24.7. Anyone with a handicap greater than 24.7 needs to be manually adjusted down to 24.7. ❒ Pairings are made according to handicap, e.g. lowest handicaps play together. ❒ Each member of the foursome should be from a different team. ❒ Club Representatives do not need to be paired together, but, if possible, should start in the “A” foursomes and closest to the clubhouse. ❒ Once tee sheet is set, it should be reviewed by the Club Representative against prior event’s tee sheets to ensure pairings are not the same as the past few events. Pre-Event Planning. Members shall identify resources available for deployment and develop plans for housing and providing for the necessities and maintenance of personnel and equipment deployed to provide mutual aid and assistance when a request for assistance is made by the member. Pre-Event Planning. If the nature of the extracurricular event requires pre-event planning, the appropriate TUSD administrator shall notify the TPD office responsible for coordinating off-duty employment, which shall in tum ensure that the assigned personnel undertake the necessary planning and coordination. In the event that on- duty TPD personnel are to be used at an extracurricular event, the responsible TUSD Principal or Principal's Designee will coordinate pre-event planning with the appropriate TPD command responsible for the affected event site.

Related to Pre-Event Planning

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • Exit Planning 6. The Grant Recipient will, in conjunction with the Authority, maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the Funding Period so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Grant Recipient may instigate a review of the Exit Plan.
