However, under Major Medical there is a three month (3) exclusion/limitation for charges associated with pre-existing conditions. Under organ transplant there is a seven month (7) exclusion/limitation for charges associated with pre-existing conditions.

Pre-Existing Condition Limitation. With respect to coverage, a limitation or exclusion of benefits relating to a condition based on the fact that the condition was present before the Enrollment Date, whether or not any medical advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment was recommended or received before that date. Genetic information will not be treated as a Pre-Existing Condition in the absence of a diagnosis of the condition related to that information. PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
