Pre-Production Procedures. The Producer shall provide such information about the production as agreed from time to time between PACT and BECTU to allow for good faith determination of the appropriate budget band of the feature film. Such information may be provided to Pact by providing copies of letters and/or documentation as follows:

  • Notification Procedures To address non-compliance, the receiving Competent Authority would notify the providing Competent Authority pursuant to Article 5 of the IGA.
