SOLVING PROBLEMS Sample Clauses
The "Solving Problems" clause establishes a process for addressing and resolving disputes or issues that arise during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines steps such as notifying the other party of the problem, engaging in good faith discussions, and possibly escalating the matter to higher management or mediation if initial efforts fail. Its core practical function is to provide a structured, collaborative approach to conflict resolution, helping parties avoid litigation and maintain a productive working relationship.
