Prearranged Overtime and Emergency Callout Procedures. 7308 Cable Splicer – prearranged overtime will be offered to the employee with the least overtime hours for that fiscal year. 7338 & 7432 – employees must place their names on a callout list kept at CFAS by Wednesday if they are available to work overtime the following week starting on Saturday. Overtime will be assigned to the employee who has placed his name on the list and has the least amount of overtime hours worked during the current fiscal year. In the event that no employees are available from the callout list, all employees of the classification needed to perform the work will be called starting with the employee with the least amount of overtime hours worked during the current fiscal year. Note: All overtime hours worked by 7257 Communications Line Supervisor I, 7338 Electrical Line Worker, or 7432 Electrical Line Helper must be logged by the fire alarm dispatcher at the completion of each job. If an employee is on the callout list and is not available when called, the hours that would have been worked by the employee will be logged by the dispatcher and counted for future call out lists.
