Common use of Preferred Part-time Staffing Clause in Contracts

Preferred Part-time Staffing. The parties agree to meet once per calendar year at the JLM in which the ORC will take place to discuss any issues surrounding preferred part-time staffing levels and possible future solutions in the process of filling the preferred part-time vacancies.
