Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL. 2 (a) Pregnancy leave shall be granted only for that period of time (up 3 to four months) during which an employee, in the judgment of 4 her physician, is unable to perform her normal and ordinary 5 duties due to pregnancy-related conditions. This leave shall run 6 concurrently with any existing paid leaves an employee may 7 take for the same reason.
