Premium Pay for Seventh Day. Effective 1/1/17, time and one-half (1½) shall be paid for all hours worked as required by the Hotel on the seventh (7th) day of work within a workweek, regardless of whether the employee has worked forty (40) hours during the first six (6) days. An employee who volunteers to work the seventh (7th) day of work within a workweek shall only be paid time and one-half (1½) for work over forty (40) hours during the workweek.
