Common use of Premium Pay for Working Holidays Clause in Contracts

Premium Pay for Working Holidays. When a nurse works a designated holiday (defined as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) she/he they will be paid time and one-half (1-1/2).
