Premiums and Grace Periods. Employer will determine the cost to the Plan for Continuation Coverage and the premium will be charged to the Qualified Beneficiaries at 102% of the base plan premium. Employer also will follow the AMCA guidelines related to the grace period within which a Qualified Beneficiary may pay premiums for Continuation Coverage without the loss of such coverage.

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.
