SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. An employee working on shifts shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 16:00 and 08:00. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 08:00 and 16:00.
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 30.01 (a) An employee will receive a shift premium for each shift worked on the 1600 to 2400 evening shift. The premium shall be fifty percent (50%) of the employee’s straight time hourly rate per shift worked.
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 22.1 Employees working the evening shift shall be paid a shift differential of seventy cents (70¢) per hour for the entire shift worked. Employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for the entire shift worked.
22.2 An Employee shall be paid a weekend premium of fifty cents (50¢) per hour for each hour worked between 0001 hours Saturday and 2400 hours Sunday.
22.3 Evening shift will be defined as any shift in which the major portion occurs between 4:00 P.M. (1600 hours) and 12:00 Midnight (2400 hours) and night shift as any shift in which the major portion occurs between 12:00 Midnight (2400 hours) and 8:00 A.M. (0800 hours).
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. Employees working other than day shift shall be paid the following premiums per hour, in addition to their regular rate:
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. Where employees are required by the Employer to rotate among two (2) or more shifts, such employees shall be paid thirty cents (30¢) per hour for all hours worked on an evening or night shift. An evening or night shift shall be defined as a shift where the majority of hours worked fall outside 0700 and 1600 hours.
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 38.1 If half (1/2) or more of the hours worked during an employee's scheduled shift fall between 16:00 and 08:00, the employee shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked between 16:00 and 08:00. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 8:00 and 16:00.
38.2 Employees shall receive an additional premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for work on a Saturday and/or Sunday for hours worked as stipulated in 38.3 below.
38.3 Weekend premium shall be payable in respect of all regularly scheduled hours at straight-time rates worked on Saturday and/or Sunday.
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. (a) A shift differential premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour shall be paid to an Employee for work performed between 1700 hours and 0800 hours, providing the majority of the Employee’s shift falls within this time period.
(b) A weekend premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour shall be paid to an Employee for all hours worked between 1900 hours Friday and 0800 hours Monday providing the majority of the Employee’s shift falls within this period.
(c) Notwithstanding Article 56, the weekend premium shall be paid in addition to the shift differential premium.
(d) Notwithstanding Article 56, the weekend and shift premium shall be paid for each hour worked on a callback if applicable.
(e) Shift differential and weekend premiums shall, where applicable, be paid in addition to overtime and statutory holiday pay.
SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 17.01 (a) A shift premium of one dollar and forty cents ($1.40) one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90) per hour shall be paid to all Union Employees for those hours worked between seventeen hundred (1700) hours and zero seven hundred (0700) hours Monday to Friday and for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 23.01 Effective at date of ratification (April 27, 2023), employees working the evening shift shall be paid a shift differential of one- dollar-and-twenty cents ($1.20) per hour for the entire shift worked. Employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of two dollars ($2) per hour.
