Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW). The Contractor shall attempt to secure payment from Medicaid for those pregnant women presumed eligible PEPW and shall not seek payment from patient. The Contractor shall not invoice the County for this service until after thirty (30) days and all avenues for payment through Medicaid have been exhausted.
