Preview Features. 3.4.1. If Customer has a current subscription to a private Test Tenant as part of its Cloud Service subscription, Customer may elect to enable the Test Tenant to be provisioned with preview, beta or other pre-release features of the Cloud Service (“Preview Features”). Preview Features are provided under the Agreement free of charge and not as part of the Test Tenant subscription. In order to enable Preview Features, Customer must submit a support ticket via SAP’s support interface requesting that its Test Tenant be provisioned with Preview Features. Any features enabled in the Test Tenant and not listed in the Cloud Service Documentation are Preview Features.

Preview Features. Upon request, Elastisys may offer Customers access to Preview Features. Preview Features are assessed to have a higher residual risk than commonly accepted by Customers. Preview Features are covered by DPAs, but not SLAs (Section 3). Residual risks include, but are not limited to: (a) risk of downtime, (b) risk of the feature becoming unavailable in the future, (c) risk of data loss. The risks are usually due to novelty of the feature or uncertainties in the open-source ecosystem. By using Preview Features, the Customer accepts these additional risks.
Preview Features. From time to time, Island may make beta, pilot, or early access features, services or functionality available to Customer on a beta-testing basis (“Preview Feature(s)”) to try at no charge. Island makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise regarding Preview Features, and Island shall have no liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with Preview Features. Service level agreements otherwise agreed with Customer shall not apply to Preview Features. Customer may choose to try Preview Features in its sole discretion, and Island, in its sole discretion, may (a) discontinue Preview Features at any time, and/or (b) elect not to make Preview Features generally available.
Preview Features. We may make features available on a Preview basis. Previews are provided “AS-IS”. Previews may be subject to reduced or different security, compliance, privacy, availability, reliability, and support commitments, as further explained in the Privacy Statement, and any additional notices provided with the Preview. We may change or discontinue Previews at any time without notice. We also may choose not to release a Preview into “General Availability”.
Preview Features. AVEVA may make available Preview Features to Customer solely for enabling f eedback. Customer is prohibited from using Preview Features for production purposes. If Customer uses Preview Features for production purposes, AVEVA reserves the right to charge such Customer a reasonable fee. AVEVA may offer Preview Features to Customer on a discretionary basis and AVEVA reserves the right to revoke or suspend Customer’s usage of, or access to, any or all Preview Features at any time. AVEVA may grant access to Preview Features through the AVEVA Connect Account at no additional charge to Customer. Notwithstanding anything contrary in the Agreement, Customer’s use of Preview Features will be at Customer’s own risk and AVEVA offers Preview Features on an AS IS, WHERE IS, and AS AVAILABLE basis. Furthermore, AVEVA: (a) disclaims any and all liability, damages, or obligation relating Preview Features; (b) will not indemnify or defend Customer for any Claim by any third party arising from or related to Preview Features; (c) will not provide Support for Preview Features; (d) will not provide any service level commitments f or Preview Features; and (e) makes no guarantee that Preview Features will be released for general availability at any time.
