Price increases shall not be retroactive. A price adjustment can only occur if Provider has been notified in writing of Owner’s approval of the new price(s). Only one written price adjustment request will be allowed during each renewal option period if the option is renewed by Owner. No price adjustment will be allowed that exceeds the percentage change of Consumer Price Index or 3 percent of the current price, whichever is less.
