Price, Price Changes. 1. Our prices are “ex-works” exclusive of the value-added tax, duties, freight, packaging and insurance costs in force on the date of delivery. Value-added tax shall be shown separately in the invoice. The prices apply to the individual order, not backdated or for future orders. Follow-up orders shall be new orders.
Price, Price Changes. 8.1. The specified price does not include packaging, which will be paid for by the Buyer. The price shall be exclusive of all duties and expenses incurred after delivery of the goods, all in accordance with the INCOTERMS 2020 clause agreed upon.
Price, Price Changes. The initial purchase prices for the Products identified on Exhibit A and Services identified in Exhibit B hereto are set forth on Exhibit C hereto. The initial purchase price for any new Product or Services shall be established by mutual good faith agreement of the parties.

Ortec shall retain final decision-making authority with respect to establishing prices for the Products; provided, however, that Ortec shall consult with Agent in the establishment of such prices in the Territory and prior to (but not less than ten business days) making any changes thereto. Agent shall quote and offer prices for the Products to customers on Ortec's behalf in accordance with the prices established by Ortec, provided that Agent may offer commercially reasonable discounts or rebates to customers in the Territory in accordance with such guidelines as may be negotiated, in good faith, and agreed upon (in writing) from time to time by Ortec and Agent during the Term (it being understood and agreed that, other than negotiating such discount guidelines in good faith with Agent, Ortec shall have no obligation to consent to the allowance of discounts or rebates).
Price, Price Changes. 6.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a quoted or agreed price does not include VAT or any other government levy payable in connection with the agreement and, in the event that the Supplier is arranging transport of items, also does not include the costs of packing, packaging, shipping and insurance. The Supplier may separately charge in full all of the aforementioned costs.
