Pricing Audit Report. The Contractor shall work with the State Contract Manager to develop a mutually agreed upon pricing audit report that reflects the number of transactions during a 3 month period, negotiated item price at the time of purchase, and the price the Ordering Agency paid to show the difference. The Contractor shall provide this report at each QBR and shall provide updates upon request. MWBE Subcontractor Compliance (if applicable) The Contractor shall enter, on a monthly basis, payments into the Minority and Women’s Business Division online audit tool, to each Minority and Women’s Business subcontractor committed to in this Contract. Indiana Economic Impact (IEI) The Contractor shall track and report on a quarterly basis actual full time equivalent (FTE) employees that are Indiana residents specifically working on this Contract. The Contractor shall be held to the commitment specified at time of award, as detailed on the Indiana Economic Impact form in the RFP documents (see Exhibit E). FTE’s that shall be included in this report are employees working on this Contract ONLY. Employees working on this Contract, but not full time, shall be counted as a fraction or percent of one (1) employee. The Contractor shall work with the State to develop and provide the method of tracking IEI and detailed job descriptions within 90 days of final State signature. Timely Response to Inquiry The Contractor shall respond to comments or questions from the State or any Requesting Entity within one (1) business day. For all unresolved questions older than two (2) business days, the Contractor shall contact the questioner and provide an estimated date of when the answer will be communicated. If the Contractor fails to meet this requirement, the Contractor will be subject to all applicable corrective actions in Exhibit DPerformance Metrics. For requests for quotes, the Contractor shall acknowledge the Requesting Entity with an email confirmation response within one (1) business day. The Contractor shall provide the requested quote within three (3) business days. If the Contractor fails to meet this requirement, the Contractor shall be subject to all applicable corrective actions in Exhibit D – Performance Metrics.

Any changes with regard to fabric, material, design, or construction to the specifications in Exhibit B, including additional compensation to the Contractor, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this contract.   • Single Audit Report A. The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.

  • PRICING/AUDIT The Contractor shall establish and maintain a reasonable accounting system, which enables ready identification of Contractor’s cost of goods and use of funds. Such accounting system shall also include adequate records and documents to justify all prices for all items invoiced as well as all charges, expenses and costs incurred in providing the goods for at least five (5) years after completion of this contract. The County or its designee shall have access to such books, records, subcontract(s), financial operations, and documents of the Contractor or its subcontractors, as required to comply with this section for the purpose of inspection or audit anytime during normal business hours at the Contractor's place of business. This right to audit shall include the Contractor’s subcontractors used to procure goods under the contract with the County. Contractor shall ensure the County has these same rights with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Audit Reports promptly upon receipt thereof, one copy of each other financial report and internal control letter submitted to the Company by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of the Company.

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
