AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.
PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.
