Principal Payments on the Term Loan. Subject to the next succeeding sentence, Borrowers will pay the principal of the Term Loan in (i) equal and consecutive monthly installments of Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six and 66/100 Dollars ($41,666.66) each, on the first day of each calendar month commencing on April 1, 2006 and continuing through and including August 1, 2007, and (ii) one (1) final payment of the remaining principal balance, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon on March 16, 2011. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in addition to any other rights or remedies that Bank may have hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents, if at any time Bank does not have a lien against the Pledged Account, Borrowers will pay the principal of the Term Loan in equal and consecutive monthly installments of Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six and 66/100 Dollars ($41,666.66) each, on the first day of each calendar month commencing on the first day of the first calendar month following the date the Bank no longer has a lien against the Pledged Account and one (1) final payment of the remaining principal balance, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon on March 16, 2011.”

Principal Payments on the Term Loan. Borrowers will pay the principal of the Term Loan in (a) fifty-nine (59) equal and consecutive monthly installments each in the amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($116,666.67), commencing on October 1, 1996 and continuing on the first day of each calendar month thereafter, and (b) one final installment of all remaining principal and accrued interest due thereon, together with all fees and charges due hereunder, payable on September 1, 2001.

  • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Principal Payment The Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Note when the same becomes due and payable as set forth in this Agreement;

  • Minimum Monthly Principal Payments Amortizing payments of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under this Note at any time (the “Principal Amount”) shall begin on December 1, 2004 and shall recur on the first business day of each succeeding month thereafter until the Maturity Date (each, an “Amortization Date”).   • Mandatory Principal Payments If, on any day, the Total Outstandings exceed the Maximum Loan Amount, then the Borrower shall make a principal payment to Administrative Agent in the amount of such excess, in immediately available funds within ten (10) Business Days of demand from the Administrative Agent (a “Mandatory Principal Payment”); with such payment being applied to the principal balances due hereunder is such fashion as the Borrower may designate; provided, however, that if during such ten (10) Business Day period, the Borrower delivers to the Administrative Agent Funding Evidence, such ten (10) Business Day period shall be extended for such additional time as the Administrative Agent determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be required by the Borrower to make the Mandatory Principal Payment but in no event shall such period exceed a maximum of sixty (60) days from the date that the Mandatory Principal Payment would otherwise be due hereunder.

  • Principal Payment Date Any unpaid principal of this promissory note (this "Demand Note") shall be paid on the Demand Date.

  • Permitted Prepayment of Term Loans Borrower shall have the option to prepay all, but not less than all, of the Term Loans advanced by the Lenders under this Agreement, provided Borrower (i) provides written notice to Collateral Agent of its election to prepay the Term Loans at least thirty (30) days prior to such prepayment, and (ii) pays to the Lenders on the date of such prepayment, payable to each Lender in accordance with its respective Pro Rata Share, an amount equal to the sum of (A) all outstanding principal of the Term Loans plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon through the prepayment date, (B) the Final Payment, (C) the Prepayment Fee, plus (D) all other Obligations that are due and payable, including Lenders’ Expenses and interest at the Default Rate with respect to any past due amounts.

  • Loan Payments (a) The Loan shall bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to the Note Rate. Interest shall be computed based on the daily rate produced assuming a three hundred sixty (360) day year, multiplied by the actual number of days elapsed. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, interest shall be paid in arrears.
