Time Bank. 7.07.01 Employees shall have the ability to utilize a time bank for the purpose of recording time credits without immediately affecting their pay. 7.07.02 When electing to utilize the time bank, the employee shall advise the Company, in writing, which of the four (4) following options they will use. 7.07.03 Once having elected to utilize the time bank, the arrangement shall continue until such time the employee subsequently advises the Company, in writing, that they wish to opt out of the time bank or that they wish to reselect the options available to them under Article 7.07.

Time Bank. Employees shall have the ability to utilize a time bank for the purpose of recording time credits and their subsequent use.
Time Bank. The Time Bank shall continue in operation with the administration of such bank under the control of a committee of three (3) members appointed by the Toledo Police Command Officers' Association. The Committee shall maintain control of and operate the Time Bank. The provisions of this Time Bank are for Command Officers only.
Time Bank. All hours credited in accordance with Article and all overtime credits received in accordance with Article will be accumulated in a time bank established for each employee. This time bank will provide for a maximum accumulation of minus (-24) hours and plus one hundred and forty hours. Time Bank. The Time Bank shall continue in operation with the administration of such bank under the control of a committee of six (6) members. The chairman of said committee shall be determined by the Association. The committee shall maintain control of and operation of the Time Bank. The provisions of this Time Bank are for employees only. The Association shall provide the office of the Chief of Police with the name of the current chairman of the committee. A Police Officer may contribute a sick day from his accumulated sick time to the time bank or elect to work a regular day off. However, a Police Officer may only work a regular day off if in so doing his hours worked within the work period will not exceed the maximum non- overtime hours limitation under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Notification of contributions of sick time and hours worked must be provided to the Police Administration in advance.

Time Bank. 9.04.01 Employees may enrol in a time bank for the purposes of recording time credits accrued as a result of working overtime, by advising the Company in writing. 9.04.02 On December 15th of each year employees will be required to advise the Company whether they wish to be paid any overtime hours worked or to enroll in the time bank, starting January 1st of the following year. Once having elected to enroll in the time bank, an employee may opt out at any time provided there is only one (1) change per calendar year. The employee must advise the Company in writing of his/her decision. 9.04.03 Time Bank shall be limited to plus seventy-five (75) hours. A maximum of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours may be carried over into the following calendar year. On December 1 of each year, any hours exceeding thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) in the time bank shall be paid out on the final pay check of the year. 9.04.04 Accrued time credits may be withdrawn from the time bank in the form of time off, at some later date in accordance with Article 9.05.
Time Bank. Time off (Time Card Leave – TL) - All hours credited in accordance with Article 13 and all overtime credits received in accordance with Article 7 will be accumulated in a time bank established for each employee. Time Bank. Upon an employee's request, overtime credits may be accumulated to constitute a time bank. An employee may accumulate a maximum of three (3) weeks of work. An employee who wishes to take vacation days under this program shall forward a written request to his supervisor, who shall see whether or not he may authorize this request. Once granted, these days of vacation cannot be cancelled within the seven (7) days prior the authorized vacation period.
