PRINCIPLES FOR EVALUATING THE METHOD OLOGY. The Energy Division of the CPUC has usefully suggested a set of principles for evaluating the process used by IOUs for selecting Offers in competitive renewable solicitations, within the template intended for use by IEs in reporting. These include: • The IOU bid evaluation should be based only on information submitted in bid proposal documents. • There should be no consideration of any information that might indicate whether the bidder is an affiliate. • Procurement targets and objectives were clearly defined in the IOU’s solicitation materials. • The IOU’s methodology should identify quantitative and qualitative criteria and describe how they will be used to rank bids. These criteria should be applied consistently to all bids. • The LCBF methodology should evaluate bids in a technology-neutral manner. • The LCBF methodology should allow for consistent evaluation and comparison of bids of different sizes, in-service dates, and contract length. Some additional considerations appear relevant to PG&E’s specific situation. Unlike some utilities, PG&E does not rely on weighted-average calculations of scores for evaluation criteria to arrive at a total aggregate score.   • Method of Calculation The Finance Charge on my account is calculated by multiplying the number of days in the billing period by the daily periodic rate and multiplying the result by the "average daily balance". The "daily periodic rate" is the corresponding Annual Percentage Rate divided by 365. The "average daily balance" is figured by taking the beginning balance each day, adding any new advances, purchases, fees, or adjustments, and subtracting any payments or credits. The result is the daily balance, then all daily balances for the billing period are added together and the result is divided by the number of days in the billing period. To avoid paying Finance Charges on Purchase Transactions, the entire outstanding balance of all Purchase, Cash Advance, and Balance Transfer transactions as of the statement date and any Cash Advance or Balance Transfer transactions posted after the statement date, plus any Finance Charges and fees must be paid in full by the due date or the Finance Charge will be assessed from the date each purchase transaction posted. I cannot avoid Interest Charges on Cash Advance and Balance Transfers. Cash Advance and Balance Transfer transactions accrue interest immediately beginning on the date the transaction posts to the account. When there are different rates for purchase, cash advances, or balance transfers, separate average daily balances for each will be calculated and the appropriate periodic rate is then applied to each balance. Purchases and Cash Advances. I may use my card to buy goods and services anywhere it is accepted. I may also use my card to borrow cash from you by making cash advances at any financial institution or ATM (Automated Teller Machine) that accepts it. Making Payment. I will be sent a combined statement each month that shows me the new card account balance. I may pay the entire balance owing at any time, or I may pay in monthly installments. My monthly statement will show the minimum payment I must make and the date when you must receive the payment. Other Charges. If I request copies of charge slips or statements, you can charge me a per item fee to cover the cost of finding and duplicating them. My Credit Limit. From time to time, you may adjust my maximum credit limit. I agree to keep the total of purchases and cash advances made on my account within this limit. Exceeding Credit Limit. I understand that any amount charged over my credit limit will be immediately due and payable in addition to my regularly scheduled payment. The amount over limit will be reflected under the "Past Due" field on my statement and will be added to the "Current Payment". The total amount I will be required to pay in that billing cycle will include the amount exceeding the credit limit and all other amounts that would otherwise be due for that billing cycle.

  • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month. Said invoice shall be based on the total of all Consultant’s services which have been completed to City’s sole satisfaction. City shall pay Consultant’s invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date City receives said invoice. Each invoice shall describe in detail, the services performed, the date of performance, and the associated time for completion. Any additional services approved and performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be designated as “Additional Services” and shall identify the number of the authorized change order, where applicable, on all invoices.

  • Sole Source as Grounds for Rejection of a Change Order If a Change Order is submitted to Contractor for the purposes of adding a Bulletin to this Contract and said Bulletin designates a Sole Source from which Contractor is required to procure goods or services necessary to perform the Work, which Sole Source has not been designated previously, Contractor shall be entitled to reject the proposed Change Order if the designated Sole Source refuses to provide to Contractor the warranties, bonds, terms or schedule required under the Contract Documents, including any warranty or terms or schedule required by Bulletins referenced in the proposed Change Order. In such event, Contractor shall give written notice to the Owner rejecting the proposed Change Order and, if possible, shall accompany said written notice with a proposal from Contractor for changes or modifications to the Bulletin so as to eliminate the Sole Source designation but to achieve goods or services equal in quality or function. The Owner may then require the Design Professional to revise the subject Bulletin so as to eliminate the designation of the Sole Source by incorporation of Contractor's proposal or otherwise. Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.

  • Method of Selection Bidder will be selected under Cost Based Selection-L1 (CBS) and procedures described in this Tender Document.
