Privacy and Security Policy. The HMIS Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures apply to any person accessing HMIS data, however, Participating Agencies subject to more restrictive regulations will be honored. In order to incorporate any Participating Agency’s more restrictive regulations, additional implementation elements may be utilized to provide a cohesive framework for policies and procedures.
Privacy and Security Policy. As part of our business operations, we collect non-public personal information on applications or other forms. It is our policy that we may disclose any or all of the non-public personal information that we collect to affiliated and/or non-affiliated companies that perform services or functions on our behalf (for example, private mortgage insurance companies, quality control companies) and other non-affiliated financial institutions with whom we may have a joint marketing agreement (for example, insurance companies). RealtySouth restricts access to non- public personal information about you to those employees whom we determine have a legitimate business purpose to access such information.
Privacy and Security Policy. User’s use of the Services and Project Data are subject to User’s compliance with the Privacy and Security Policy (the “Privacy and Security Policy”) applicable to the Services as set forth on Exhibit B.

b. If any portion of this Agreement conflicts with a provision of the Privacy Policy, the provision of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

Privacy and Security Policy. 2.1. We guarantee that we have taken all possible efforts to ensure all your personal information with us is secure. Kavalan app takes careful precaution to protect our customers' personal information from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure or unauthorised modification. To prevent unauthorised access, we have put in place the latest industry-standard security technology and procedures to safeguard the information we collect online. Your personal information is encrypted and is protected with -bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all information you input. We store your personally identifiable information on the computer servers placed in a secure environment. Even though we have taken significant steps to protect your personally identifiable information, no company, including our /mobile application, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.
2.2. By agreeing to the using the Kavalan app you agree to allow Kavalan app to send you promotional material and communications, emails, phone calls and VOIP based communication related to the services. You may specifically unsubscribe from the same if you wish to stop receiving such materials.
2.3. By agreeing to the using the Kavalan app you agree to allow Kavalan app to store your personal information and also have the same reviewed/verified by it if the information be sensitive or such verification be requisite for the provision of any services.
2.4. During your visit to Kavalan app‟s /mobile application, we may automatically receive technical information about your computer/device, including your GPS coordinates, IP address, your computer operating system, time-zone, browser type and browser plug-in details, due to the communication protocol settings on the Internet.
2.5. We do not sell, rent or exchange your any personally identifiable information that you provide to us with any third party for commercial reasons (apart from information provided in relation to the delivery of services). However, we engage trusted online payment service partners to perform payment processing and authorisation services (for net banking or credit/debit card validation). Through your use of the Kavalan mobile application, you consent to our collection and transfer of your information to our payment service partner portal.
Privacy and Security Policy. 3.22.3.1 Vendor agrees to use the highest level of data security and data privacy in regards to all transactions with the City of San Jose's customers. Web based data traffic which includes our customer’s names, addresses, parking ticket numbers, or credit card numbers should be encrypted using industry standard 128 bit encryption systems. Vendor further agrees, to keep all CSJ customer data private and secure. Vendor will not share, sell, or otherwise access CSJ customer data for reasons other than the normal processing of payments or as otherwise required by law.
Privacy and Security Policy. Provider’s Privacy and Security Policy is incorporated herein for all purposes and each Party agrees to the provisions contained therein. If any portion of this Exhibit B conflicts with any portion of the Privacy and Security Policy, the Privacy and Security Policy shall govern for all purposes.
Privacy and Security Policy. The Vendor shall implement and maintain, at its cost and expense, appropriate technical and organizational measures in relation to the processing of Privacy Data by the Vendor to ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws. In addition, Vendor warrants that it has adopted and implemented legally and operationally sufficient technical measures to protect Privacy Data against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, and access, and against all other unlawful activities. Vendor shall ensure that its agents and representatives processing Privacy Data on behalf of the Company have signed agreements requiring them to keep Privacy Data confidential and take all reasonable steps to ensure that Vendor representatives processing Privacy Data receive adequate training on compliance with this Agreement and relevant laws.
