Common use of Prize Clause in Contracts

Prize. One (1) prize is available to be won, consisting of a $20 gift card to Xxx Hortons. (retail value of prize is $20.00 CDN). The Xxx Hortons gift card will be sent to the winner in digital format. If the winner does not claim the prize within five (5) days of notification, another the eligible entry will be selected and contacted and the first selected entrant will have no further claim to the prize.
