Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first Team to fully complete all of the Mission Requirements, as described in this Agreement. The Grand Prize will have a value of $20,000,000 (twenty million U.S. Dollars) if earned before a Government Landing. If no Grand Prize has been awarded prior to a Government Landing, the Grand Prize will then have a value of $15,000,000 (fifteen million U.S. Dollars). If there is not a Government Landing, the Grand Prize will retain the value of $20,000,000 (twenty million U.S. Dollars) through the Termination Date.
Grand Prize. You must share a photo and caption in accordance with the criteria listed above. Only one winner will receive free barbecue for two (2) people, for one year (the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is ten-dollars ($10) per week, for 52 weeks, for a total of five-hundred and twenty dollars ($520) per person, for a combined total value of approximately $1,040. The Grand Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Grand Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first TEAM to fully complete all Google Lunar X PRIZE Requirements, as described in this Agreement. The Grand Prize will have a value of $20,000,000 (twenty million U.S. Dollars) if earned before such point as any government rover mission successfully explores the lunar surface. If no Prize has been awarded prior to that point in time, the Grand Prize will then have a value of $15,000,000 (fifteen million U.S. Dollars) if earned by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on December 31, 2015. Following December 31, 2015, the Grand Prize may be terminated or extended at the sole discretion of XPF.
Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize drawing will occur after the Entry Period has ended, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the Sponsor or a party acting on its behalf, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by direct message via Facebook and will be required to send an email to the email address provided in the direct message with their contact information within forty-eight (48) hours of such notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. No liability is assumed for any Grand Prize Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Grand Prize Winner for any reason. One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected. The Grand Prize Winner must complete, sign and return an affidavit and any applicable tax documentation in accordance with these Rules and Terms. If a Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours after being notified by Sponsor’s direct message or if such notification or the Grand Prize itself is returned as undelivered, or if the affidavit or tax documentation is not timely returned, then the Grand Prize Winner may be deemed to have forfeited any and all rights to receive the Grand Prize, and the Sponsor may select an alternate Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize Winner should allow 4 to 6 weeks from the close of the Sweepstakes to receive the Grand Prize.

Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • School Facilities 0000 X 00xx X, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000. The School shall provide reasonable notification to the Authorizer of any change in the location of its facilities.

  • Common Facilities Common Facilities" (sometimes referred to herein as "Common Areas") means all areas, facilities, utilities, equipment and services provided by Landlord for the common use or benefit of the occupants of the Center and their employees, agents, customers and other invitees, including without limitation, if the same exist: building lobbies, common corridors and hallways, restrooms, pedestrian walkways, driveways and access roads, access facilities for disabled persons (including elevators), truck serviceways, loading docks, garages, driveways, parking lots, landscaped areas, stairways, elevators, retaining walls, all areas required to be maintained under the conditions of governmental approvals for the Center, and other generally understood public or common areas. All Common Facilities shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to relocate, alter, improve, or adjust the size and location of any Common Facilities from time to time without liability to Tenant. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to establish, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the Common Facilities. Landlord shall have the right to construct, maintain and operate lighting facilities on the Common Facilities; to police the same; from time to time to change the area, level, location and arrangement of parking areas and other facilities; to restrict parking by tenants, their officers, agents and employees to employee parking areas; to close all or any portion of the Common Facilities to such extent; to close temporarily all or any portion of the Common Facilities for any reason, including for the purpose of preventing a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein; and to do and perform such other acts in and to the Common Facilities which Landlord shall determine, using good business judgment, to be advisable to improve the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their officers, agents, employees and customers. Subject to the foregoing, all Common Facilities not within the Premises, which Tenant may use under a revocable license, on a nonexclusive basis in common with other tenants, and if any such license is revoked, or if the amount of such areas is diminished, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or abatement of rent, nor shall such revocation or diminution be deemed constructive or actual eviction.

  • Cash and Property Such consideration shall: (i) insofar as it consists of cash, be computed at the aggregate amount of cash received by the Corporation, excluding amounts paid or payable for accrued interest; (ii) insofar as it consists of property other than cash, be computed at the fair market value thereof at the time of such issue, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Corporation; and (iii) in the event Additional Shares of Common Stock are issued together with other shares or securities or other assets of the Corporation for consideration which covers both, be the proportion of such consideration so received, computed as provided in clauses (i) and (ii) above, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

  • Preservative-treated Wood Containing Arsenic Grantee may not purchase preservative-treated wood products containing arsenic in the performance of this Agreement unless an exemption from the requirements of Chapter 13 of the San Francisco Environment Code is obtained from the Department of the Environment under Section 1304 of the Code. The term “preservative-treated wood containing arsenic” shall mean wood treated with a preservative that contains arsenic, elemental arsenic, or an arsenic copper combination, including, but not limited to, chromated copper arsenate preservative, ammoniacal copper zinc arsenate preservative, or ammoniacal copper arsenate preservative. Grantee may purchase preservative-treated wood products on the list of environmentally preferable alternatives prepared and adopted by the Department of the Environment. This provision does not preclude Grantee from purchasing preservative-treated wood containing arsenic for saltwater immersion. The term “saltwater immersion” shall mean a pressure-treated wood that is used for construction purposes or facilities that are partially or totally immersed in saltwater.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
