Probation for Temporary Employees. A temporary employee shall be on probation for the duration of his/her first term. At the conclusion of his/her first season, each temporary employee shall be advised in writing, as to his/her suitability for continued employment with the District. Where the temporary employee is determined to be unsuitable, in accordance with Article 10.8, he/she shall not be granted recall rights in accordance with Article 13.2(g) of the Collective Agreement.
