Probation Period - Extension of Probation Period. The probation period can be extended for up to three hundred and fifty (350) hours if both parties (CAW & the employer) mutually agree. During the extension probationary employees will not be subject to seniority related provisions of the agreement. After completion of the probationary period, seniority shall be effective from the initial date of employment.
