Probationary Discharge. Probationary employees may be discharged for just cause at any time during the probationary period. A grievance may be filed where the Union claims a violation of this Article or Article 4 with respect to discharge. Probationary employees and the Union shall be given one (1) week’s written notice of the Employer's intention to discharge such an employee.
