PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND ORIENTATION. 10.01 (a) A new Employee shall serve a probationary period of 697 hours worked. The Employer shall provide an evaluation of each probationary Employee at least once during the Employee’s probationary period and again prior to the completion of her or his probationary period.
