Procedure for Cancellation of Teaching Contracts. 36.3.1 When a justifiable decrease in the number of teaching positions within a particular endorsement area occurs, teachers occupying such positions who are employed under letters of authorization or less than a one-half (0.5) time teaching contract shall have their employment terminated before the contracts of probationary teachers are canceled, and the contracts of probationary teachers shall be canceled or non-renewed before the contracts of non-probationary teachers are canceled.

  • ARTICLE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE The parties to this Agreement are agreed that it is of the utmost importance to adjust complaints and grievances as quickly as possible.
