Procedure where an employee withdraws notice. An employee may only withdraw notice of his intention to terminate his contract of employment within two (2) working days of having tendered such notice and the employer shall require the employee concerned to acknowledge and confirm such withdrawal in the form and manner specified by the Regional Chamber.
