Procedures for Unsatisfactory Final Evaluation. In the event that the Final Appraisal is unsatisfactory to the employee, a conference will be held with the immediate supervisor to discuss the problem. In the event that the conference is unsatisfactory to the employee, a conference with the Superintendent or designee and the evaluator will be granted upon the request of the employee. This conference must be held within ten (10) school days of the date of the written request of the employee. The employee may have an Association representative in attendance at the requested conference.
