Procedures When Leaving. Tenant shall ensure that the doors of the Premises are closed and locked and that all water faucets, water apparatus and utilities are shut off before Tenant and its employees leave the Premises so as to prevent waste or damage. For any default or carelessness in this regard, Tenant shall be liable and pay for all damage and injuries sustained by Landlord or other tenants or occupants of the Building. On multiple-tenancy floors, Tenant shall keep the doors to the Building corridors closed at all times except for ingress and egress.

Payment for Shares shall be in the form of a check, wire transfer, Automated Clearing House transfer (“ACH”) or such other methods to which the parties shall mutually agree.

  • Law Governing Arbitration Procedures The interpretation of the provisions of this Article V, only insofar as they relate to the agreement to arbitrate and any procedures pursuant thereto, shall be governed by the Arbitration Act and other applicable U.S. federal Law. In all other respects, the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed as set forth in Section 7.10.

  • Cooperation Procedures The Seller shall, in connection with the delivery of each Qualified Replacement Mortgage to the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, provide the Indenture Trustee with information set forth in the Schedules of Home Equity Loans with respect to such Qualified Replacement Mortgage.

  • Quality Control Procedures The Seller must have an internal quality control program that verifies, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and underwriting decisions. The program must be capable of evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of its loan production and servicing activities. The program is to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with prudent mortgage banking practices and accounting principles; guard against dishonest, fraudulent, or negligent acts; and guard against errors and omissions by officers, employees, or other authorized persons.
