Process for Settling Disputes. The District and the Association agree to establish a Catastrophic Leave Review Committee. The committee shall be comprised of five members, two appointed by the District and three appointed by CVSTA. Any unit member dissatisfied with any action taken or decision made by the District, concerning the Catastrophic Leave plan herein provided, may appeal that action or decision to the review panel within ten (10) working days. Unit member(s) dissatisfied with any action taken by the Catastrophic Leave Review Committee may appeal that decision to the Board of Trustees within ten (10) working days. The decision of the Board shall be final.
