Process Requirements. (a) Subject to Article 10.2, for any grievance, the steps and time limited provided in the grievance procedure, identified throughout Article 10, including Articles 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6, shall be strictly adhered to and can only be bypassed or extended by written consent of the party to whom the request to extend the time limits is made.
(b) If a grievance is not processed in compliance with the required steps and time limits, the grieving party shall be deemed to have withdrawn and abandoned the grievance. No matter can be submitted to arbitration which has not been carried through all steps of the grievance procedure.
(c) Where no response is given within the time limits specified, the Employer or Union, as applicable, shall be deemed to have given a negative response completing that stage of the informal resolution or grievance process and the grieving party may submit the grievance to the next step of the grievance procedure.
(d) In the event an Employee is incapacitated and unable to initiate a grievance within the time limits, the time limits to initiate the grievance will be extended by the Employer for a further ten (10) calendar days, upon the Employee attesting to the details of incapacitation resulting in the Employee's inability to initiate the grievance or direct the Union in this regard.
(e) The Employee may authorize the Union to proceed with the grievance on their behalf in the event of their demonstrated incapacity to attend any meeting. Otherwise, the grievor is required to be in attendance.
(f) Correspondence between the Union and the Employer in this Article may be e-mail correspondence provided that all required grievance documents, including grievance forms and letters of response, are independently created and provided as attachments to e-mail.
Process Requirements. A. Establish and maintain a systematic, documented, comprehensive, verifiable, and continuous systems integration process applied throughout the duration of the Contract to implement the intent of the Contract Documents and the Issued for Construction Drawings and Issued for Construction Specifications. At a minimum, the systems integration effort shall:
1. In addition to the Initial Systems Integration Plan, provide a Systems Integration Plan that defines the process for accomplishing these goals.
2. Utilize the System Interface Points matrix specified in Section 01 11 20, DESIGN AND PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, to develop the Systems Integration Plan that systematically identifies a process for integrating each interface identified therein.
3. Provide a mechanism and assign project responsibility for interface management and control, such that every interface has a single entity within the Design-Builder’s organization accountable for engineering and verifying the interface.
4. Define methods to confirm interface compatibility and demonstrate said compatibility through tests or other approved verification methods.
5. Assure that reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety requirements are propagated through all systems and system components so as to meet the overall availability, dependability, and safety criteria set out in this Contract.
6. Develop special drawings for the sole purpose of demonstrating coordination among crafts, disciplines and systems, and work by others.
7. Coordinate all disciplines, civil/structural/architectural, utilities, landscaping, track-work, mechanical, electrical, train control, communications, and traction power, as applicable, to ensure that all systems are integrated and there are no integration issues.
8. Allow WMATA to independently assess the effectiveness of, and audit, the Design- Builder’s systems integration process.
B. Provide systems integration procedures that:
1. Define a method for tracking system integration of physical, mechanical electrical, electronic, software, and operational interfaces of all systems components and between new and existing WMATA System components.
2. Define a method for tracking contacts needed for systems integration coordination.
3. List all Suppliers, Subcontractors, and their interfaces.
4. Identify major coordination milestones.
5. Identify major system integration demonstrations.
6. Identify conflict resolution procedures.

Process Requirements. The Requester will not have direct access to SSA’s databases. The requests for Record Information sent to SSA must be encrypted. The Requester must use either the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) or triple DES (DES3) encryption methods to secure the data in transport to SSA. SSA will use the same method of encryption when returning data. Transmission of data should be accomplished using TLS protocol (TLS 1.0) as specified in NIST Special Publication 800-52. xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/publications/nistbul/July- 2005.pdf. The Requesting Party shall secure, at its own expense, the necessary hardware, software, etc. to establish connection to CBSV either through the BSO website or through use of the web service. The Requesting Party must have, and shall provide at its own expense, Internet access in order to access the CBSV portion of the BSO web site. The Requesting Party shall provide SSA with a valid e-mail address so that SSA may communicate with the Requesting Party via electronic mail. All Requesting Party site preparation, connection, and operating costs, as well as any other miscellaneous costs incurred by the Requesting Party to enable its participation in CBSV, are the responsibility of the Requesting Party. SSA shall provide the Requesting Party with a copy of SSA's User's Guide, which SSA may amend from time to time at its discretion without amendment to this User Agreement. The requirements for submitting files, checking status, and retrieving results are set forth in the User’s Guide.

Process Requirements. The following process requirements for providing service outside an ESD’s region aligns with the AESD Network’s shared values and outcomes and will support the design and delivery of services among multiple ESDs and/or across the AESD Network. It is the intent of the Parties to support the requests of services for school districts. The following requirements are designed so that each ESD is in communication with its respective district(s) in order to both ensure that district’s needs are met to the best of the individual ESD and collective AESD Network’s capabilities, and to determine the most appropriate manner to provide such services in both the short- and long-term.
Process Requirements. A. The cooling towers shall be operated with no mineral deposit formation. The CONTRACTOR shall provide written justification if this standard cannot be maintained.
B. The CONTRACTOR shall not use Molybdate or Chromate bearing products and shall adhere to all safety and environmental rules and guidelines issued by all local, state and federal jurisdictions having authority.
C. All Cooling Towers shall be treated with at least two EPA-registered, liquid biocide products for the control of planktonic and sessile organisms. Biocides shall be applied at least weekly on an alternating basis using a unitary conductivity control and biocide timer equipment equipped with pre-bleed and lockout capabilities. Powdered, granular, and pelletized treatments are not acceptable and no chlorine-based products shall be used. Vendor shall include a biocide application program for all closed loop systems; include filters and a filter change program when applicable equipment exists.
D. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and if necessary replacement, of COUNTY owned chemical treatment equipment.
E. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for keeping the chemical treatment equipment operating at peak efficiency and maintaining water quality within the standards established in this document and ASHRAE recommendations.
F. A service report shall be submitted to the County representative each month along with the monthly invoice. The service report shall document the water quality at each location. The report shall compare actual Vs standard for all applicable water quality standards listed in this document. Any actual condition that falls outside of the standard shall be highlighted and an explanation and/or plan of action to correct the problem provided.
Process Requirements. In performance of the Study, ColumbiaGrid shall:
(i) in consultation with the VTL Parties, implement and update, as appropriate, the Study, including deliverables, milestones and timelines;
(ii) consult with or inform Interested Persons, to the extent practicable; and
(iii) provide technical staff to support the Study, which staff shall provide recommendations and technical proposals and, together with the VTL Parties and third- party consultants, perform the technical analyses needed to advance the Study and complete the Statement of Work within the timeline specified in separate agreements between ColumbiaGrid and third-party consultants.

Process Requirements. The following minimum process requirements must be met by the successful vendor:
3.3.1 Knowledgeable of appropriate national and local building codes, ordinances, and other requirements, as they relate to signage for the project. Successful Vendor will be responsible for properly permitting and engineering all appropriate signs.
3.3.2 Conduct site reviews to verify locations, determine available areas for signage, confirm dimensions and identify potential conflicts with architecture or landscape designs.
3.3.3 Periodically update budget estimates and prepare and adjust planning level schedule based on priorities and available funding.
3.3.4 Coordinate all procurement activities with responsible Xxxxxxxx University’s contracting and purchasing personnel.
3.3.5 Develop wayfinding and circulation solutions and report those to the Senior Vice-President of Operations.
3.3.6 Develop sign location plans and message schedules. Location plans and message schedules must be updated throughout the process. They must be submitted to Xxxxxxxx University’s Facility Management for new construction and Physical Plant Facilities Space Management Department for renovations at the end of the project reflecting accurate placement and messages.
3.3.7 Prepare conceptual designs in sketch form to determine design direction and review, with the design team, considerations for materials, finishes,
Process Requirements. 1. The issuance, renewal or revision of terms and conditions in combined Title I/Title V permits must satisfy the substantive and procedural requirements of both Title I and Title V, corresponding State law and the Illinois SIP, as applicable.
2. The public notice shall state that both a Title V and Title I action is occurring. A Project Summary or other technical support document will accompany the Title I/Title V permit at public notice. The Project Summary or technical support document will state that the combined Title I/Title V permit serves as both the Title V, or CAAPP, permit and the Title I permit. It also will state that the Title I/Title V permit may include new or revised Title I conditions.
3. The Illinois EPA's use of a combined permit shall not affect the ability of any person to appeal a PSD permit to EPA's Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 124. Appeal to the EAB of a PSD permitting action may result in a stay of the effectiveness of the permit for purposes of Title I, as provided by 40 C.F.R. 124.19. Appeal of the permit for purposes of Title I, and review and objection of the permit for purposes of Title V shall follow the procedures at 40 C.F.R. Part 124 and the procedures at Illinois review and objection rules and 40 C.F.R. Part 70, respectively.
4. Where a Title I permit already exists for emission units at a source, and the conditions established in the existing Title I permit for the unit are not revised in the combined permit, the status of the Title I permit is not altered by this MOU or by issuance of the combined Title I/Title V permit.
