Part-Time Academic - An Employee hired for remuneration under the provisions of the Agreement who has full or joint full responsibility for teaching a course in an academic degree granting program through the period of instruction and who teaches on a part-time basis to such an extent that would not cause the Employee to be under the jurisdiction of the Dalhousie Faculty Association.
