In performing this Contract, CONSULTANT agrees to use diligent efforts to purchase all goods and services from Arlington Businesses whenever such goods and services are comparable in availability, quality, and price. It will be the Engineer’s responsibility to ensure submitted certification(s) are up-to-date, including for any applicable firms.
