Product Pricing Based on Service Mode. In case of providing services, the price shall be determined by the Parties’ municipal companies on an itemized basis, and the product service fees shall be paid monthly. The compensation expenses include, but are not limited to, the expenses for coordination, road, bridge/river-crossing, road-crossing, farmland and forest-crossing, etc. ② Useful lives of depreciation are 10 years. ③ Impairment rate is fixed at 2%, including overhaul and damages. ④ Maintenance expense includes the expenses for outsourced maintenance, repair and consumable items, and shall be determined according to the amount actually incurred. ⑤ Cost markup rate is fixed at 15% and used to compensate the management expenses, personnel and other costs of China Tower. ⑥ Sharing discount rate is the same as that of the tower productsbase price but the first-occupier discount (i.e. a 20% discount rate if there are two lessees and 30% if there are three lessees) is not applicable. In the case of providing services, the ownership of the transmission product assets shall belong to China Tower and the maintenance work and expenses shall be borne by China Tower.

  • Product Pricing Contract Prices are the sum of annual Base Prices and Quarterly fuel surcharges, as detailed below. Pricing for shipments each month should be based on the Contract Prices for the most recent quarter.

Such measurement and monitoring tools and procedures will (a) for Attachment E-1, be implemented upon the Effective Date; (b) for Attachment E-2, be implemented after successful completion of all testing and written acceptance by Prudential of the Transition Services set forth in Attachment B-1; (c) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (d) be subject to audit by Prudential or its designee in accordance with the Agreement, except such audit will not include the installation of any audit software on Vendor's network.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Service Levels (1) DTI shall perform the Services in accordance with the service levels (the "Service Levels") as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by DTI and the Funds (the "Service Level Agreement"). Failure to perform in a manner which equals or exceeds the Service Levels shall result in fee credits ("Fee Credits") or the Funds' right to terminate this Agreement, as set forth in the Service Level Agreement.

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 5.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.
