Examples of Consumable Items in a sentence
The replacement and/or installation of Consumable Items (as defined below) are excluded from this Agreement.
However, individual Consumable Items may be given to customers for the purpose of evaluation on a patient or for demonstration purposes.
The use of any modified, adulterated or non-EnvisionTEC certified Materials (“Non-Certified Materials”), Parts or Consumable Items in the Equipment will immediately nullify and void all warranties, including any extended warranties, associated with the Equipment.
The Product Warranty does not cover Consumable Items, fair wear and tear or faults caused by the Client or End-Users, such as not using the Product according to its Documentation, not installing or maintaining it using approved service Personnel, tampering with the Product, removing it from the vehicle or damaging cables or other components.
Support Services coverage, under this Attachment B, does not include physical damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations or attempts to repair, abnormal operating environments, man made or natural disasters, direct lightning damage, nor damage to Consumable Items, Parts or Accessories, such as tapes, diskettes, ribbons, paper, cables, print heads, batteries or chargers, and any associated equipment or system.
