Because local safety standards and regulations may vary significantly, WESCO cannot guarantee that the Goods meet all applicable requirements in each locality. Buyer assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in the localities in which the Goods will be shipped, sold and used. Before purchase and use of any Goods, Buyer should review the product application, and provincial and local codes and regulations, and verify that the use and installation of the Goods will comply with them.
Product Suitability. Determination of the suitability of the Products for the uses and applications contemplated by the Buyer and others shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Company makes no representations or warranties with respect to their suitability for any use for which the Buyer may intend them. The Company makes no warranty or guarantee of the results to be obtained since the conditions of the use and application by the Buyer and others may vary and are beyond the Company’s control.
Product Suitability. Buyer is solely responsible for determining whether a product purchased from Glasswerks is suitable for Buyer’s needs or application. Glasswerks makes no warranties regarding suitability of product(s) for Buyer’s needs. Glasswerks will not, by responding to requests for or otherwise providing information or opinions, assume any responsibility for the design or suitability of the Buyer’s product(s) in the proposed application. Buyer will at all times be responsible for determining the suitability of Glasswerks’ or Glasswerks’ affiliates’ information, opinions, processes, products and services for use in Buyer’s own applications and for identifying and performing to the Buyer’s satisfaction all quality control tests and analyses necessary to assure that the Buyer’s products and services will be safe, acceptable and suitable for use under end-use conditions.
Product Suitability. Buyer is solely responsible for determining whether a product purchased from AVALON is suitable for Buyer’s needs or application. Avalon makes no warranties regarding suitability of product(s) for Xxxxx’s needs. Avalon will not, by responding to requests for or otherwise providing information or opinions, assume any responsibility for the design or suitability of the Buyer’s product(s) in the proposed application. Buyer will at all times be responsible for determining the suitability of Avalons’ or Avalons’ affiliates’ information, opinions, processes, products and services for use in Buyer’s own applications and for identifying and performing to the Buyer’s satisfaction all quality control tests and analyses necessary to assure that the Buyer’s products and services will be safe, acceptable and suitable for use under end-use conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, although WESCO may provide Buyer with advice regarding Goods or installation/use recommendations, such advice shall not be deemed to be a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee. Buyer acknowledges that if it follows such advice, it does so at its own risk.

Before purchase and use of any Goods, Buyer should review the Goods’ application, and all applicable regulations, codes, and standards, and verify that the installation and use of the Goods will comply with them. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized WESCO representative, Xxxxx sold hereunder are not intended for use or in connection with (a) any safety application, unless the Good is specifically designed and marketed as a safety product, (b) the containment area of a nuclear facility, or (c) in a healthcare application where the Goods have potential for patient contact.

While Powerex attempts to assure that its Products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities for results obtained by the use of the product, whether used singly or in combination with other material, except those relating solely to the use of product not conforming to the contracted specifications, which non-conformity is not known to Buyer and is not discoverable by Buyer, by testing or otherwise, prior to the use thereof by Buyer or others. Any suggestions or recommendations made by Seller concerning uses or applications of the product are believed to be reliable, but Seller makes no warranty or guarantee of the results to be obtained since the conditions of the use and application by Buyer and others are beyond Seller’s control.

Product Suitability. I/We consent that the FirstRand Group (as defined in the FirstRand Group Customer Privacy Notice on our websites) may obtain and use my/our information from:
A. Credit bureaus to: Conduct an assessment to determine my/our eligibility for and the appropriateness of the supply of this transact, telecommunication, invest, rental and/or other value-added solutions (whichever is applicable to this application).
B. And third-party qualification data providers to: Conduct an assessment to determine my/our eligibility for and the appropriateness of the supply of this solution applied for.
C. And may obtain, use and share information about me/us with the South African Fraud Prevention Services for financial crime detection, prevention and prosecution purposes or if the FirstRand Group reasonably believes that I/we have provided any false and / or misleading information and / or documents to it. I/We instruct FirstRand Bank Limited to release my/our information (including my/our contact details, demographic information, and transaction history on all my/our solutions) to the investment areas outside of FirstRand Bank Limited but within the FirstRand Group to: Conduct an assessment to determine my/our eligibility for and the appropriateness of the supply of this investment solution.
