PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 5.1 Product Warranties. LWI warrants that any Product manufactured by LWI pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.5: (a) conforms to the Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the Master Production Record; and (c) was manufactured in accordance with cGMP.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 5.1 Product Warranties. LHI warrants that any Product manufactured by LHI pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.4: (a) conforms to the Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the SOW Documentation; and (c) where applicable was manufactured in accordance with cGMP.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 5.1 Product Warranties. LONZA warrants that any Product manufactured by LONZA pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.6: (a) conforms to the Specifications, [***]; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the Project Documentation; and (c) where applicable, was manufactured in accordance with cGMP[***].
PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 6.1 Product Warranties. LONZA warrants that, at the expiration of the Non-Release Period, all Product manufactured by LONZA pursuant to this Agreement: (a) conforms to the applicable Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the applicable Master Production Record; and (c) was manufactured in accordance with cGMP, the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the applicable Statement of Work and Quality Agreement) and all Applicable Laws (“Product Warranties”).
PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 5.1 Product Warranties. LWI warrants that any Product manufactured by LWI pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.3: (a) conforms to the Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the Master Production Record; (c) was manufactured in accordance with cGMP using a process, components and a facility that comply with all Applicable Laws; and (d) is delivered free and clear of any liens or encumbrances of any kind. For the purposes of this Agreement, compliance with the product warranties set forth in Sections 5.1(a) – (c) shall mean the Product is not “adulterated”. The foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Product Warranties”.

L WI warrants that any Product manufactured by L WI pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Sectioni1: (a) conforms to the Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the Master Production Record; and (c) was manufactured in accordance with cGMP.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES; ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF PRODUCTS. 5.1 Product Warranties. LONZA warrants that any Product manufactured by LONZA pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.7: [***] LONZA further warrants that any Product manufactured by LONZA pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 4.7, will be free from any Third Party security interest, claims, demands, liens or other encumbrances of any kind or character.
