Production and Delivery Statements/ Reports. During the Operation Period, the Mine Operator shall furnish to the Authority all the reports and statements required as per the [insert reference to relevant code/ policy of the Authority]. The Mine Operator shall also furnish to the Authority such other information as the Authority may reasonably require, at specified intervals, in discharge of its statutory functions.
