When a Committeeperson attends scheduled Safety, Grievance, Labour/Management meet- ings or other meetings scheduled by the Com- pany, he/she shall be paid the applicable overtime rate for all time spent at the meetings either prior to his/her shift or after his/her shift. When a Committeeperson attends said meet- ings outlined above on his/her days off, he/she shall be paid time and one-half for all time spent at the meetings if the meetings are on his/her first day off, and double time if any meetings are on his/her second day off.

An employee who has a positive alcohol test and/or a positive controlled substance test may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, based on the incident that prompted the testing, including a violation of the drug and alcohol free work place rules.
