PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DAYS. 22.01 (a) Professional Activity Days are considered work days for all seniority employees and the employees will be paid at their regular rate of pay for their normally scheduled hours of work. Time spent in addition to their normally scheduled hours is optional and is without pay.
