Professional Development for First-year Teachers. The Employer agrees to provide professional development support for teachers through completion of their first full year of employment. Such support may include a mentoring program, an ongoing professional development program, as well as time devoted to learning and training in the Evaluation System (for academic instructional staff).

Professional Development for First-year Teachers. AHS agrees to provide professional development support for teachers through completion of their first full year of employment. Such support may include a mentoring program, an ongoing professional development program, as well as time devoted to learning and training in the AHS Teacher Evaluation System. The mentoring program shall be developed in consultation with the Union, provided AHS will have final decision- making authority concerning the structure and implementation of the program.
