PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. Liability insurance covering liability for errors, omission or negligence by its employees, or agents in the performance of services for the Servicing Company; and
PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. Professional Errors and Omissions (also known as Professional Indemnity outside the USA) covering the activities of SP, with coverage limits of not less than [**] Dollars per claim or per occurrence/[**] Dollars aggregate ($[**]). Policy may be placed either on an “occurrence” basis or on a “claims made” basis, with full prior acts coverage for claims arising out of services rendered from the initial commencement of Services through the end of the MSA. Continuity of coverage must be maintained for, [**] years after the completion of the Services. If SP will have access to GE’s IT systems or GE Data, coverage must also include loss of, mishandling of data containing private or confidential information of GE or others for which GE is responsible; and failure to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, GE’s systems or data.
PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. Consultant shall obtain, at Consultant’s expense, and keep in effect during the term of this contract, Professional Liability Insurance covering damages caused by an error, omission or any negligent acts. The limit per claim shall not be less than $2,000,000. Annual aggregate limit shall not be less than $2,000,000. If such insurance is written on a claims-made basis, the Consultant agrees that such policy shall have an extended reporting or discovery “tail” period, or be renewed for a period of not less than (i) two years from substantial completion of the project or abandonment of for claims that are known or in the exercise of reasonable care should have been known, and (ii) ten years after substantial completion for latent defects. Such policy shall have a retroactive date effective before the commencement of any work by the Consultant.
PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. For any losses that arise from any error, omission or other malpractice in the exercise of CONSULTANT’s professional judgment, CONSULTANT shall defend, indemnify, and hold the PORT harmless from all such losses to the extent caused, or alleged to be caused, by any negligent act or omission of CONSULTANT. The obligation of indemnity under this Subparagraph does, however, not extend to losses caused by the negligence (whether sole, concurrent or contributory) of the PORT.
PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. (a) As of the issuance of NTP1, the Development Entity shall carry or cause to be carried Professional Liability insurance providing protection from claims arising from acts, errors or omissions arising from design, engineering, surveying, inspection and related work undertaken in connection with the Project. If another Person is providing the coverage, the Development Entity shall be named as an insured or carry separate coverage.

PROFESSIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. From the date of this Agreement until the earlier of six years after the D&C Work Completion Date and ten years after the date of this Agreement, project specific Professional Liability Errors and Omissions insurance against liability for professionals (including architects and engineers) with limits of liability not less than Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) per claim and Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) in aggregate for the Project (which aggregate limit may be comprised of sub-limits for the relevant professionals at Developer's discretion) and which (i) may be provided in a layered placement; (ii) may be written on a claims made form; (iii) will cover all professionals engaged or involved in the D&C Work in a professional capacity. This coverage may be obtained through a Contractor Controlled Project Specific Program.
