Race to the Top. If the school is the recipient of monies from a grant awarded under the federal Race to the Top program, Division (A), Title XIV, Sections 14005 and 14006 of the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009,” Pub. L. No. 111–5, 123 Stat. 115, the school will pay teachers based upon performance in accordance with section 3317.141 and will comply with section 3319.111 of the Revised Code as if it were a school district.

EXHIBIT 4: ACADEMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE PLAN FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS EXHIBIT 4: ACADEMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE PLAN FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS As new state standards, assessments, and state and federal accountability metrics are implemented by the Ohio Department of Education, the SPONSOR and the GOVERNING AUTHORITY agree to amend, within 60 days of formal state implementation, Exhibits 1 (Education Plan) and 4 (Academic and Organizational Performance Plan) of this Contract to reflect the changes. Pursuant to Article III of this Contract, the Academic and Organizational Performance Plan constitutes the agreed-upon academic, financial, and organizational and governance requirements (Requirements) that the GOVERNING AUTHORITY and SPONSOR will use to evaluate the performance of the Community School during the term of this contract. Each of these Requirements may be considered by the SPONSOR to gauge success throughout the term of this contract. Each of these Requirements may also be considered in connection with a decision regarding probation, suspension, termination and renewal or non-renewal of this Contract.

  • Notification to the Association The Hospital, with the nurse's consent, will inform the Association within three (3) days of any nurse who has been assaulted while performing her/his work. Such information shall be submitted, in writing, to the Association as soon as possible.

  • Notice to Proceed Work shall not commence on this Project until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Notice to Association When, at any formal step, the grievant is not represented by the Association, which cannot occur at the arbitration step, no solution shall be finally approved until the Association is given a statement in writing of the proposed solution and five (5) work days in which to file a response.

  • Notice to Centrelink Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of employees, the employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

  • Payment to the Engineer for the services established under this Work Authorization shall be made in accordance with Articles 3 thru 5 of the contract, and Attachment A, Article 1.

  • Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and Union in writing of all incidents related to violence within four (4) days. For critical injuries the employer will notify the JHSC and the Union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.
