Professional Fees and Licenses. (a) Where a job description requires membership or association dues, the Employer shall pay such membership or association dues for an employee required to hold such membership. (b) Where a medical examination is required to maintain a professional driver’s or other license, the Employer shall pay such fees as required, unless the medical coverage for the employee pays such fees.
