Professional growth is the continuous purposeful engagement in study and other related activities designed to achieve, retain and extend the high standards of the classified unit membersemployees of the District. Employees covered under this agreement shall be entitled to participate in the Professional Growth Program which is designed to motivate and reward a permanent classified employee in the improvement and enhancement of his/her performance in his/her assignment/classification.
