Common use of Professional Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Professional Responsibility. 22.01 In the event that the Employer assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual nurse or group of nurses, such that she/he or they have cause to believe that she/he or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she/he or they shall: (a) i) Complain, in writing, to the Director of Nursing within ten (10) calendar days of the alleged improper assignment. The Chairperson of the Association Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

The Chairperson Chairman of the Association Nurse Management Consultation Committee shall convene a meeting of the Nurse Management Consultation Committee within ten fifteen (1015) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

Professional Responsibility. 22.01 26.01 In the event that the Employer Corporation assigns a number of residents clients or a workload to an individual nurse or group of nurses, nurses such that she/he or they have cause to believe that she/he or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident client care, she/he or they shall: (a) (i) Complain, Complain in writing, writing to the Director of Nursing Nurse Management Committee within ten fifteen (1015) calendar days of the alleged improper assignment. The Chairperson of the Association Nurse Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Nurse Management Committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

Professional Responsibility. 22.01 9.01 In the event that the Employer Centre assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual nurse (or group of nurses, ) such that she/he or they the nurse(s) have cause to believe that she/he or they the nurse(s) are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she/he or they shallthe nurse(s) may: (a) i) Complain, complain in writing, writing to the Director of Nursing Centre-Union Committee within ten five (105) calendar days of the alleged improper assignment. The Chairperson of the Association Management Centre-Union Committee shall convene a meeting of the Centre-Union Committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

Professional Responsibility. 22.01 23.01 In the event that the Employer Region assigns a number of residents clients or a workload to an individual nurse or group of nurses, nurses such that she/he or they have cause to believe that she/he or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, client care she/he or they shall: (a) (i) Complain, Complain in writing, writing to the Director of Nursing Association Management Committee within ten fifteen (1015) calendar days of the alleged improper assignment. The Chairperson of the Association Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Association Management Committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

The Chairperson of the Association Nurse/Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.

The Chairperson chairperson of the Association Union Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Committee committee within ten (10) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Committee committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.
